Hi!
Firefox cache consists in a bunch of files with no extension, and weird names such as F01023EEd01 and 1429F350d01 when I scanned those files with Kaspersky, I was able to see the real files which were being scanned (i.e. every single file with its true name and extension) it's not the case with NOD32, you can only see that F01023EEd01 and 1429F350d01 are being analyzed my question is probably stupid, but I'm wondering if this could have any influence on the anti-virus analysis of those files thanks |

I don't know the answer to your question, but the way Firefox renames cached files as they are cached, they are inert anyway. You'd have to purposely find and execute any of them.
