Default Can the blurry text be turned off?

It's starting to hurt my eyes...
I can't seem to find any option to turn it off.

What blurry text? I've been on the red wine and it all looks fine to me!

Brian is correct that the text in the ESS application is blurry. It looks like ESET is using Windows' ClearType technology. However, turning off ClearType system-wide does not affect the text in ESS.

you keep EAV's panel open?

it's true text is just a bit blurry... but not a big deal to me. i just configure EAV and let it goes... but yes... that's me.

Also remember sometime monitor's focus start failing and images/text can be seen blurry too.

cheers!
