NOD32 Version 3 prevents SABnzbd from opening

I just upgraded to version 3 and am so far happy. The only problem I've come across is version 3 prevents my usenet downloading program SABnzbd from starting up. This program is basically a process that runs a web server to allow usenet downloads, and defaults to localhost:8080. The only way I can get it to run is to delete port 8080 from the "Web Access Protection:HTTP filter" section in advanced settings.

I'm not sure what's going on but can any of the Eset employees that hang around here please check this out and fix whatever the problem is? This never happened with 2.7 and nothing is logged in the event log.
