ESS 3.0.414.0 Anti-Spam Module and Outlook 2003 & OE

I'm having problems with the Anti-Spam Module.
I keep getting the following:
Antispam: Error reading Whitelist file.

I have tried to go in to the Anti-Spam module and try to add email addresses and it does not accept them.

Any ideas on how to fix the White List and Black Lists?

Anyone else having the same problem?
