Configuring the firewall

Cannot get frostwire to work - says it is unable to initialize due to the firewall. I set the firewall to allow bidirectional communication for frostwire - but still doesnt work - any suggestions?

not to mention both outlook and windows mail?

on the plus side firefox connects to the internet no problems

set it to automatic - so it now allows outlook etc

i use frostwire, and i jave firewall in interactive, i just allowed it once, and works fine now
