Default What threat this is?

Did anyone come across this threat and maybe can shade some light on it. NOD32 is able to detect it as possible threat and attacker must de-activate NOD32 to have it install.

Infected file comes from here:

No links to malware or possible malware laced executable files on the forum.

Did that already, not sure how long will it take for them to respond, i though someone will have quick answer for it.
