i purchased cryptosuite on jan 1,2004. but until now i havent got any confirmation from regsoft.

i check at their web site through the tracking number & its show the status of 'unprocessed'.

can you help me on this.

Yes, we will have a much better system in place for the next holidays, all current orders are being sent out as I speak. So if you havn't already received them, you should get them within the hour.

I sent an email off to Regsoft Enduser to try and fix this. We didn't receive any notification of your payment so thanks for telling us about this.
