Doubt about upgraded license

If I upgrade my license of NOD32 v2.7 av to ESS and, for any reson, have a problem with it, would I be able to use with the AV again?

As far as I know , users with license of ESS can use both ESS or EA (as per their choice) , so should you have problem with ESS , you can uninstall it and use your active license to get EA only
