Initial download

I am a new user & can not download for personal XP application. Have repeatedly tried. Have removed trial version. Pls advise.

Uninstall the Trial version, and to be sure, go to Program Files and remove the ESET folder.

Then download (using your private User Name and Password, provided by your reseller or Eset) the latest COMMERCIAL version for your computer's operating system from;
