Exclamation bsods, repeated boot crashing...

Well, my pc BSOD's basically whenever I touch it or move it at all, and sometimes, often times, I'll just come home to a bsod. And often, I will have to boot the pc up 11 or 12 times before it will actually boot up and quit crashing in the middle. Also, I know when my pc is going to crash sometimes, because sometimes it literally chirps. Little chirps at around 1.5 second intervals, then it crashes.

I've included the bsod below... id prefer if my pc did not do that, especially fail to boot so many times. I've ran chkdsk, and its found stuff, but that takes about 20-30 min and i dont want to have to keep doing that. Any advice would be great.

That's a hardware problem. This often occurs due to overclocking/overheating/dead or dying hardware, amongst other causes. First, clean out the case and unhook peripherals, start with the minimum (CPU, 1 stick of RAM..etc) Try to isolate the piece of hardware that's causing it and replace it.

There are very few things inside the PC box that would make an audible noise. The most obvious one is the cooling fan. The second most obvious one is the hard drive. I am, of course, discounting the most obvious source, which is the PC speaker. The next time you boot up the system, I would suggest the following:
Open the box (if this is a laptop, this would be more tricky) and boot up and try to isolate the source of the chirping noise when you hear it. The hard drive and cooling fan should be easy to locate. If the sound originates from the motherboard, then you may need to replace it, a part installed on it, or one of the PC cards

I found several reported problems that sound very close to yours. In some cases, the PC was overclocked. In another it was due to compatibility issue between the motherboard and SATA drive.
