Is there a way to clean up those records under Setup -> Antivirus Protection -> Web access protection -> HTTP -> Web browsers & Active mode?

I notice there are redundant records including temp files & uninstall program.

    Thank you.

    Thanks for the reply.

I know what to edit in the registry for IMON (NOD32 V2.7), but no luck to find that for NOD32 V3.0. :'(

Perhaps they can add a "Remove" button in the interface.

I hope so , too . I am not sure but I think now the settings for this option are not stored in the registry , I may be wrong as well.

Anyway, I just sent a technical support query.

Hopefully I will receive a solution.

I asked previously about that . Can you let me know if there is some kind of solution to delete these entries or if you become aware of some plans to include "Remove" button. Thanks in advance :thumb:

Sure, I will keep you posted.:D

Actually, I am also puzzled where this file is kept.

I tried to look for it but to no avail.

Okay, see how fast is the response.

If there is no solution, I am afraid the list will be getting longer.

I have just received a reply from the support.

The question asked - "Why would one need to clean up those applications"? o_O

Anyway, I have replied with the reasons & suggestion.

    Waiting for their response.

Okay, I have received another reply.

It seems that there will be add/remove buttons in the later build. :thumb:

    Hello,

the news are that the list of application for possible web browsers should be updated correctly in the next version. Uninstalled applications shouldn't be displayed. Although, settings for a particular application which has been uninstalled are remembered.

Finally, there won't be the "Remove" button as it would be confusing. The "Add" button serves solely for setting up an application ESS doesn't yet know about (no rule or no communication through ports 80/8080). However, this occurs rarely.

Well , if this becomes possible , there it won't be necessary to have Remove button . That's good news , IMO . Thanks a lot , Mayth , ESET and all in charge :thumb:

I am currently running RC1, I have done a test & can confirm that uninstalled application is not displayed.

    This matter has been resolved.

    Well done, ESET! :thumb:
