Nod startup to taskbar

Hello..
Every time i start my pc (w2000 pro) nod starts and shows in the taskbar.Any ideas whats causing this?.Splash screen is off.Nod never did this when i first installed it a few weeks ago.Apart from altering a few settings in nod(disabling startup scan,altering update schedule etc ) ihavent changed anything.Any ideas how to get it just minmised to tray without showing on taskbar?

Hi there, please check your start menu: Start> All Programs> Startup

NOD32 should not be located there.

No ,ive already checked that ,and nod isnt there ,only starting from the HKLM RUN service
"C:\Program Files\Eset\nod32kui.exe" /WAITSERVICE

I seem to have found the problem.Nod and my cpu monitor (ultra cpu monitor....the blue icon with 1 on it),doesnt seem to like each other.If i disable the cpu monitor nod loads normally.If i enable it ,i get nod showing on the taskbar as shown.Ill look for another cpu monitor and try that instead.
