Default SeeknClean vs CCleaner?

Has anyone used this SeeknClean ver.4.0?If so what do you think about it vs. CCleaner.I know one is free and the other paid but as I got a free ver. of SeeknClean but have not used it as of yet,what say you Wilders people?Thank's for any input.
