Angry an intrinsic compatibility problem

A software called <<Back office stock &sales (BOSS) system>> using in my company, after installing NOD32, a function among them is unable to use, this function is similar to import data from excel.
Use this function, the computer will crash, the problem will be solved after uninstall NOD32 ,Try to turn off AMON , DMON, IMON, EMON module in NOD32,the problem still exist
anybody can help me?

Hello !
Welcome to Wilders!

Please enable modules AMON and EMON except from DMON and IMON .
After DMON and IMON are disabled , restart the computer(s).

Open AMON -> Setup -> "Detection" tab
Press the Extensions button . Uncheck Scan all files and make the settings as shown in the attachment
Attachment 192586

Open AMON -> Setup -> "Exclusions" tab and follow the instructions to add exclusion for AMON . Add the whole folder(s) where this software is located and this will make NOD32's AMON not to scan this program's files


If you have Enterprise edition , you change the configuration as suggested with the Configuration editor/RAC and push it via the Mirror

On the "server", or "host", I would exclude the directory from within AMON.

On the client PCs...within AMON, you should remove the check under the detection tab for "Network" media.

When disabling IMON, click on the Quit button in the IMON pane and restart the computer for the change to take effect.
