Default ShadowProtect question

When I go to download the Full Evaluation Version, the page clearly states that this is the Enterprise product, and asks for company name, number of employees, etc. Is this the right one that I want to try for just little ole me? Thanks.

Yep, that's the one for you too. Use the ShadowProtect Desktop edition if you are installing on Windows 2000 Pro or Windows XP Home/Pro. Use the ShadowProtect Server Edition if you are installing on Windows 2000 Server or Windows Sever 2003.

Your product key is emailed to you. If you don't receive it within the next few hours let me know. Check your spam inbox as well.

I guess that depends on your needs, and unfortunately I can't share the new feature list, so you'll have to weigh them against your needs when 3.0 releases to see if it's worthwhile for you to upgrade.

Acadia, please PM to me your personal information (full name, contact info such as email, address, etc) which you use at the time that you purchased ShadowProtect and I will forward them on to our support guys and have them track down your product key. I'm sorry you haven't received it yet. I'll do everything I can to fix this problem for you.

@Acadia

I have not yet received a PM from you with you contact info. Should I assume then that you have now received your product key?

Thanks, grnxnm, but no, still nothing. I received an initial email almost immediately that stated, "Thank you for your interest in the ShadowProtect Desktop Edition. StorageCraft will review your request to evaluate ShadowProtect Desktop Edition and will contact you shortly with additional information", but that was now 48 hours ago.

What kind of contact info do you want from me? Thank you, I wish the rest of StorageCraft was as much on the ball as you are. I've never seen an outfit so uninterested in getting my money! StorageCraft's definition of "shortly" and mine is vastly different.

Nope, just got the same initial email ... think that its time to reinstall Acronis, fortunately that won't require much, just need to update my FirstDefense Primary Snapshot with an older one.

Oh, wait, maybe I misunderstood you when you said you "ordered this thingie." Did you actually pay for ShadowProtect? Or did you request an eval? I told our sales guys that you had paid for it and were awaiting your product key.
