Default Third-party viewer for help files

Are there any third-party utilities for viewing .chm files?

My reason for asking is I intentionally removed Windows Help and Support using nLite but would still like to occasionally view programs' help files.

Firefox has an extension for this. https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/3235

Hi WSFuser,

There is ABC Amber CHM Converter :
http://www.thebeatlesforever.com/pro...xt/abcchm.html

It's not free but has a 30-day demo version.
I'm not sure whether it is what you're looking for.

PS:
ABC Amber has lots and lots of converters, but I don't have experience with them (although I have the site bookmarked for quite some time now).
