block path-specific cookies?

I actually have 2 queries.

I like Google Reader. I want to allow cookies from "www.google.com/reader/" but not from "www.google.com/adsense"

know what I mean? I want to disable the adsense cookies but keep the reader cookies.

Anybody know how to use SpywareBlaster to do that yet?

Also, since the guy at customblocking.cjb.net died of cancer, does anybody have his most recent edition of customblocking.txt ? I had a broken computer, had to reinstall windows xp, and I lost that file.
