Default Sheduled shutdown/startup freebie for kid's PC

Anybody know of a freebie that will allow me to:

schedule shutdowns at different times of the day, and,

schedule startups at different times of the day or enforce shutdown for a period.

I want to be able to control my son's use of his PC by allowing him windows of use e.g. 2 hours on then 1 hour off.

Greetings and hello Iangh

I just tested some of these within the last weeks, at least one was freebie. I'll dig around and see if i can bring it back up again. In the meantime other members will surely weigh in with some good suggestions for you.

You can use the built-in scheduler.
