If during the installation you have chosen to enable detection for potentially unwantented applications and if you have a firewall , VERY SAFE !

Deafult settings are enough to provide comprehensive protection. The extra settings are sort of icing on the cake.

Blackspear's config can also be a hindrance for the average end-user in case of false positive, delete first; ask question or quarantine later [without user interaction] can be detrimental - a corporate environment is much different than that of the home user - configure the settings as you desire if you wish, but as Macros's said the default settings "are enough to provide comprehensive protection". ;-)
