Thanks for the info. I love this browser.
K-meleon is lightning fast and a real joy to use while surfing on the web. It has ad and script block already, it´s just a tiny thing with the gestures that prevent me (so far) from migrating completely.
I am totally addicted to mouse gestures with a web browser. I just wish that some day someone who knows that stuff will make a plugin like firefox extension "All in one mouse gestures" where you decide the shape of the gesture and can assign most of the work to mouse gestures. That would be swell

K-Mel does have mouse gestures, however, not using them myself, I cannot vouch for their efficacy.

LOL?
There's also other Opera functions emulators for Speed Dial, Session Manager, etc.

Sure, it's bloat, until K-Meleon gets it

Since I switched to linux, K-meleon is the only thing I have missed. On my machine, nothing is faster and I love the security bar. I know there are alot of Opera and Firefox fans here, but this is one you should try.

Yes I know, but the moves you can make are limited compared to the firefox extension. I like to create my own moves, I have a move for almost anything you can do in a browser so those 11 moves are not enough. I know I am picky if I just hadn't got spoilt with the FF extension , then I would´ve got used to the ones in K-meleon instead

It's really is about features for me, not opening speed. Browsing speed matters though, but i think it's all the same. I'll have a look at it anyway.
