Delayed shutdown programme

I'm after a programme that will shut-down the PC after X mins.

The kids don't like doing a-v scans as it takes up their time so my theory is get them to start the scan before they go to school and let another programme shut-down the PC.

Any free progs exist?

U can do it in Windows XP.
Control Panel> power Options> PowerSchemes.
No need fro any other software.

what av do you use on there pc's?
some AV's have a little checkbox to shutdown pc after the scan.
