Thumbs down Javacool - nobody home ?

On March 29 I wrote to Support: "I have changed my hard disk and now Spywareblaster does not accept my license key anymore, perhaps because
now the hardware ID on the license tab has changed. It is now: 062D-0F1C.
My license number for Spywareblaster Autoupdate is:...........
Thank you for your help".
Well, as per today I am still waiting for an answer

Did you see this announcement on the Javacool site?:

Please double-check your spam/junk e-mail folder.

Also, please PM me your e-mail address. If you can't find the response in your spam/junk e-mail folder, we can try resending it a different way to determine exactly why the e-mails aren't getting through.
