Is there anyone who can tell me the answer of my problem.

My problem is: my desktop OS on my physica pc is windows server 2003 standard, and I have installed Virtual PC 2007 issued by microsoft company, I want to know if the LNS can work stabely and effectively, after I have installed another guest OS through Virtual PC management Console?

Probably your router is already filtering all unwanted packet, and there nothing else to be filtered in Look 'n' Stop.
Since all the others statistics are not at 0, it means Look 'n' Stop works properly.
