Search engine results security ??

I have tried some serach engine ratings plug-ins but not really thrilled with any of them. So far I have tried scandoo, SiteAdvisor, Link Scanner Lite and TrendProtect. Are there any others? I am not interested in programs that rate every site I visit- like TrendProtect and SiteAdvisor- just search engine results.
