Default Spywareblaster on Vista

When I ran spywareblaster on Windows XP last time, it was able to run under both admin and limited account. However, when I upgraded to Vista, spywareblaster is forced to run on admin if I initiate it when logged on on a limited account. tho IE still managed to get protected as the rules are imported from the admin account, firefox would not be able to get the list of banned cookies on a limited account. Any solutions to this problem?
