    well when i press on buy,it shows the next page with amt totalling upto 69.99$......
    maybe its not free for me...

    How could they confine the offer to only the US? I mean how would they prevent others (people outsite the US) from taking advantage of this offer?

    Sorry. I wasn't thinking globally (just locally). Several national chain stores (in the US) have similar offers for KIS this week, but the rebates are only valid here.
