tired of spam

Hi
i'm really tired of spam

i know there are many tools to run like service to delete spam

but i'm looking for a tool that maybe is able to send a blank or a special mail to the sender , to block them

i know because i read about these programs

is there a good alternative?

That's never a good idea really because even if the sender's address was genuine, it means they'd know your email address was active and, therefore, could mean you receiving more spam.

like trojan/backdoor, if you cant block it, contacting the creator, they know you exist...

The irony of spam is that users themselves keep spammers alive.
If all users in the world would "IGNORE & DELETE" their spam, spammers would die automatically without doing anything.
Each email-software should have an eye-catching banner to warn people against spam.

Don't like SPAM, then get a gmail account. They don't let much SPAM get by them.

Better yet, get a SpamGourmet account. This doesn't do filtering at all but allows you to create an unlimited number of aliases that forward email to your main address. You give a unique alias to every website or person you deal with - then if you receive spam on any alias you (a) know which person or site was responsible and (b) can close down that alias without affecting any others.

Spammers know about GMail and many create their own GMail accounts to check whether their emails can get through the filters.

Another benefit of SpamGourmet - if you use it exclusively you can change your main address without having to update everyone, just by updating your SG settings. This can be very handy when moving to a new ISP.

I use both, boxbe & spamgourmet. I try bluebottle but don't like that they ask so much private questions.

Beware! BoxBe uses Challenge-Response for unapproved senders, which means that they actually worsen the spam problem by bouncing spam (with forged but valid sender email addresses) to innocent third parties.

I also use Bluebottle, was fairly easy to set up, and am able to retrieve my mail useing an e-mail client insted of web-mail.
