Default Help??

My desktop computer has a virus that affects the keyboard. Whenever I try to type, some of the keys activate various functions an the computer. For example.......the "m" key drops the screen to the task bar,"F" brings the search result page ect ect. I run the AVG programe and it tells me that the ntoskrn.exe file has been changed and is no threat...........I just now that there is a virus some place but how do I find it and get rid of the little sucker!!..........Any hep would be appreciated............Jack
