Default What is MotiveSB???

Help!! lol I have a process running on my machine, MotiveSB.exe, that I simply cannot find any info on in any thread in Wilders. What I DO find is this process in so many "HijackThis" logs. I do find info on it when I google it, and can't make heads or tails out of just what they are trying to say! All say it is part and parcle to my DSL Provider, but yet some say it is ok to run...others say it is a door for many uglies to enter my world! Is it possible to have someone here explain this particular process to me, and tell me if is a good thing or a bad thing? Today it is running at 4,928K...Last night it was up to 42,000+ K !!

I would greatly appreciate any and all feed-back on this!

Thanking all in advance for any insights!
