Default HHCTRL.OCX

Hi

Win XP Pro SP2

A friend of mine installed the Windows updates available this morning & after the update he got this error message:

Quote:
User32.dll was relocated in memory.

c/Windows/system32/HHCTRL.OCX is reserved for windows.

The application will not work - Contact vendor for new DLL

The file hhctrl.ocx appears to be an activex help file. But can anyone help with the reason for the error? His pc still appears to work fine. His security protection is Nod32, AVG anti-spyware (paid version) SP2 Firewall & a hardware firewall in his router.
