Default NOD32 Registration problems

I purchased NOD32 yesterday. I was trying to install it tonight but it would not accept my password as given in my email. I know I did the copy/paste thing right. What's the problem?

Hi, can u help me with the registration too?
I just bought the license online through http://www.version-2.com/
I used the serial number provided to request for username/password at eset site http://www.eset.com/purchase/register.php, but after around 4-5 hrs later, i still did not received any email containing username/password. So I also did a request for lost license just now, but so far never get anything yet...

Also just discovered that if i clicked on activate link on eset homepage then i go to a page http://www.eset.com/activate/index.php which looks completely different from the page i went at http://www.nod32.com/register
as directed from the version2 site http://www.version-2.com/products/in...uct_id=2&id=16 and on your own support page

So now i am confused, which page am I to register at? Is it due to the different page that's why I still have not received my username and password? I have also sent email through version2 site contact page.
hopefully someone does something...to point me to the right direction of obtaining my username and password.

one more thing to note is www.nod32.com.sg is not accessible, no way for me to contact SG support... www.nod32.com.hk is also not accessible.
few days ago, these 2 sites all redirect me to the http://www.version-2.com/
which is why i bought my license from the site.

activate is the newer method for OEM codes here in the USA - but I can not tell you if the Singapore distributor uses it... perhaps someone from Eset can confirm in a short while for you. I do not think it will hurt to enter your code into the activate page - if it's the wrong place, you'll get a message saying that the code has to be verified and if it's right, you get an AV username and password to go along with that username.

regards

Greg

well...seems that the activate link is only for US pp...cos State is compulsory field but no logical choice for someone who is not from US...

Ok, i have emailed to info@version-2.com, sent help request through version-2 site, Eset site...
now waiting for someone to get back to me...

But really, the navigation of Eset site really needs improvement...
Partners page links to nonworking links, no direct activate/register link on their homepage for international customers
and the worse of all, why have serial already, still need username and passwd? why cannot do like zonealarm, where they just verify the serial and then do the registration online, automatically?
And since my license is just bought, why the registration never go through properly? Is my serial a recycled serial or something wrong with the registration process?

i will maybe attempt to call their SG branch on monday....
