If on a broadband connection, I would add a router.

Agreed, router is really a first line of defense for inbound probes!
Your firewall is hopefully going to manage outbound.

I was thinking about, like Regdefend, Process Guard, of Defense Wall, should I get one of those? Or am I fine?

Security depends a lot on what kind of surfing you do on the internet, if you do financial transactions at the bank and buy things on line.
You could get a registry package, I use PC tools Register Mechanic which is a good product but doesn't come free. It also depends on how much techi knowledge you have ( no criticism implied) Keep your system backed up, current updates, and change and protect your psw's on a regular basis. These are the things that matter. IMHO

I should imagine you've probably got alot of software, maybe some of the same programs as I but with the difference that I pay for mine. I could recommend a very good virtual app but I suspect you already have it...the keygen that came with it...and the update. Bud, this is a security forum and home of some of the most popular cracked software. - Quote, 'hope you guy's dont mind' .______________________________________________________ EDIT: PMed you back, to clarify this is a security forum and home for some of the most popular software for security, imaging etc - these softwares with others also appear on torrent sites in ready to download cracked packages (containing extra files, key generators, serials) - it is easy to imagine how much revenue is lost to this with thousands of downloads and how it must grind against the vendor and author. But as you note by asking for recommendations these files can also come with surprises and/or be on attackware sites and yeah if you are 'confused' about my position it somewhat grinds me too (paying hundreds of pounds for software) when someone else can get it for zilch.

your setup looks fine (depending on your paranoia).
choose trustworthy sites for torrents (and use common sense) and consider using peerguardian for blocking bad IPs.
