Acronis took my money ... BUT

    Yesterday I downloaded version 10. (paid for)

    All went well until I tried to do the setup and was
    asked for the serial number to continue with the install

    Well they did not supply me with a serial number, all
    I got was an email thanking me for buying blah, blah.

    Anyone know where they 'hide' this ? before I call
    the bank and stop payment.

    Still no respons from Acronis :thumbd:

    I this acronis have server problem and you haven't received any email with serial number. Also check your antispam filter and Junk mailbox.
    So.. Acronis is very much slow slow slow to answer to emails from customers :thumbd:

    I did receive an email but it was only to confirm my purchase

    Do they normally send an additional email with the
    serial number ?

    If you bought from the Acronis site the serial number should be contained on the "Order Confirmation" email

    That's why I bought from Amazon, retail box! Doesn't help you though! :ninja:

    I had the same problem. The confusion comes from the fact that the e-mail with the serial number doesn't come from Acronis -- it comes from Digital River. I had to go into my Spam folder and retrieve that. Poke around. You should have it there somewhere.
