I have tried to create a secure zone but after the process has finished and rebooted twice the log shows completed with errors but as I have a bootable recovery disk I guess I'm ok?, but frustrating as I cannot activate recovery manager.
I'm creating it on the C drive not a detachable drive, anybody have any ideas? |

Try doing it in 2 steps:
Step 1: Create the Secure Zone (don't activate Recovery Manager) Step 2: Activate Recovery Manager after Secure Zone is created |

Hello Sooty,
Thank you for choosing Acronis Disk Backup Software. We are sorry for the delayed response. First of all, please make sure you use the latest build of the appropriate version of Acronis True Image. To get access to updates you should first register your software. If you already using the latest build, please collect the log file from Acronis True Image that contains the error message. In order to do so please do the following: - run the program; - select Show log on the toolbar or from the Tools menu; - select the log with error messages; - click "Save the log entry to file" (the diskette icon) In addition, create Acronis Report as it is described in Acronis Help Post. Then submit a request for technical support. Attach all the collected files and information to your request along with the step-by-step description of the actions taken before the problem appears and the link to this thread. We will investigate the problem and try to provide you with a solution. Please also note that a possible workaround is to use a Acronis True Image Bootable CD to create Acronis Secure Zone and activate Acronis Startup Recovery Manager. Thank you. -- Aleksandr Isakov
