Spyware Doctor 5.0? No thanks.

I'm sure PC Tools has some fans in here, but my experience with and earlier version of SD was not good. So much so that I won't ever try another PC Tools product again.

Try the PC Tools Firewall Plus 2.0.0.14, it's much lighter than COMODO and has less bugs.

Best regards,
Firefighter!

I wouldn't be surprised if this was a very good firewall. I just don't see myself using any product by this vendor.

Does anyone have any very recent experience with Spyware Doctor 5.0? Have they worked out the bugs that seem to have plagued it when the version was initially released?

I'm still hanging onto SD 4.0, even though it runs VERY heavy at startup and after an update. The main reason I woud be willing to install 5.0 would be if it ran lighter.
