The "Flash Killer" tool in SpywareBlaster sets the kill bit for Flash in the Registry.
You may want to try this:
1. Re-install SpywareBlaster;
2. Select "Tools" (left side of display);
3. Select "Flash Killer" (top menu);
4. Uncheck the box ("Disable and block....")
Hope that helps.

The protection put in place by spywareblaster will remain in place even after having removing SB unless you remove the protection before the uninstall.
