Default Scheduled system scan: no alerts?

I have two problems with scheduled system scans:

1.) There is no obvious sign that the task has been started (I guess, a flashing icon in the tray would do it). I have to enter the scanner log.

More important:
2.) I came across a threat when I checked the scanner log. Are there no alert window during a scheduled scan?

Hi

1 - this is a topic for discussion, because some users and network administrators want to run on-demand scan as quiet as possible.

2 - When configuring a scheduled scan, you are asked to select a profile with settings. Maybe in you scheduled scan's settings there isn't asking for action allowed. Check it please.

Regards.

Just use the /clean /delete parameters and NOD32 will clean out infected files automatically.
