Default nicholasmjb problem with belt.exe

I have the trojan, belt.exe. I was told to download hijack blaster to stop any more. I don't understand how it works. If is find something should I let it change the address or should I always say no?
I still have the belt.exe and don't know how to get it off I have run trojan hunter, adware and norton with no luck

Hi nicholasmjb,

Your log is clean.

Hi nicholasmjb,

Can you empty your trashcan and scan again?

If that does not solve it, you will have to remove it from DOS.
Boot to DOS and press ENTER after all of the following lines:
C:\windows>cd..
C:\>cd recycled
C:\recycled>attrib -h -r -s
C:\recycled>del dc2.cab
C:\recycled\>exit

HTH,

Pieter
