Default Giant Disk Cleaner

Has anyone tried Giant Disk Cleaner from Giant Matrix http://www.giantmatrix.com/

I tested it, and I cant figure the bugger out at all! Everytime I scan for Obsolete and Junk Files, it finds a whole list, but when I click clean, it pops up eveytime and for every single file it says the file cannot be cleaned because its in use, and to close the program first, but the directory it gives for each file is highly confusing and I think basically its a load of Crap, Ive argued the point with their customer service, that I'm unable to clean the files it finds because they are in use, and they are really adamant this is how their disk cleaner operates, I was under the impression a Disk cleaner would find Obsolete and Junk files, that served no particular purpose, and would find the ones safe to delete, not files in use by the system Anyway I threw this **** out!

No program can find ALL obsolete and junk files.
All it can do is guess.
And if it guesses wrong, well ...!
The risks of using such a program outweigh the benefits.
