Yesterday I backed up my Outlook settings and profiles with the old built of TI. Then I restored my laptop. To I updated to the new built (4940) but it seems the restoring of my emails will not work. There isn't any change when TI says it has finsihed.
Can anyone tell me how to get my old emails back to outlook 2003 (sp2)? Thank you very much. Nicole |

Wasn't this feature broken on the (old) build of TI (v10)? F. |

I unchecked all the IMAP accounts and it works telling me there aren't any failures.

As far as I am aware, email backups prior to b4940 did not work. F. |

Build 4940 doesn't work either. The implementation for both Outlook and Outlook Express is quite defective, leaving out several typical options that users invoke such as multiple Outlook profiles from POP3, IMAP, and Exchange servers, as well as omitting the .PST files. I realize that backup of Outlook Express requires not only files, but specific registry entries, and apparently Acronis hasn't figured out all the combinations, yet.
