How to solve Gif89 problem
When I installed some software with moving graphics, sound etc..it says that there's problem with Gif89.dll.....and I cannot open the program.
 How can I solve out this problem so that I can use the newly installed software program in my pc?

similar problem and solution here maybe you can relate it to the program you are having problems with.

It seems as if that dll is part of the installation for various programs

Thanks a lot Textcritter....
  It works!! My newly installed programs that has gif89.dll now works perfectly.  I am puzzled at first why it should be like this way. Some programs (games) leave something on our pc after it was uninstalled....and when newly installed programs detects it..it may pose a problem and the program won't load up....that we have to unregister those things and removed it manually and reinstalls our new programs.    Again, many tnx for the help. I am very glad and proud that I was a member of this great forum.
