When I close windows, i've to close all process manually!?Why?

Hi!

Since I did that misterious thing when I close windows there like Kmw.exe(Kensignton Mouse), avgcc.exe(AVG anti-virus), explorer.exe and few mores that i've top manually stop before windows can close. (I've only to push end now...but anyway that's not normal)
