I am not a current user/owner of TrueImage. But I am trying to suppor a nontechnical user that is starting with True Image Home v10. I have 2 questions:
1. can I download a copy of the manual for this product? 2. I understand how to setup/schedule the backup job that I want. But...there are a bunch of backups jobs already on the backup drive - these are incomplete and I think I basically just want to remove them and start as if I am backing up for the first time. The backup jobs are on an external drive in MyBackups\. Can I just delete all files in that dir using explorer.exe? Or do I need to remove them with via the True Image menu/admin tools? (if so, how?) Thanks |

The manual: http://us2.download.acronis.com/pdf/...10.0_ug.en.pdf
If you have backups stored in TrueImage file format (.tib files) then you can simply delete them with Windows Explorer.

Lot of prior posts on scheduling.
I have some "work in progress" involving a couple items here. Perhaps you might want to download these and review at your leisure. Not nearly as detailed or as complete as the official user manual. http://206.128.27.80/gh-misc/acronis-backup1.pdf http://206.128.27.80/gh-misc/acronis-recovery1.pdf
