Before I download and give this software a try am I able to reboot and delete my partition, then format and restore from my True Image Image? I have always used Ghost, but for some reason Symantec does not have a Vista compatible version.

You don't need to format or even delete the partition. Just restore to the partition. But we know what you mean. TI 10 is supposed to work with Vista. I haven't tried it. |

Hello Myrgee,
Thank you for choosing Acronis Disk Backup Software. We are sorry for the delayed response. Please note that Acronis True Image 10.0 Home supports Windows Vista. Using Acronis True Image 10.0 Home you will be able to perform this task. Note that you will need to boot your computer from Acronis True Image Bootable CD to restore the image archive if the partition you deleted is the system partition. You can find the detailed instructions on how create Acronis True Image Bootable CD and how to use Acronis True Image 10.0 Home in the respective User's Guide. We recommend you to download and install the free trial version of Acronis True Image 10.0 Home to see how the software works on your computer. If you would like to order your software before the trial period ends, please visit Acronis online store. Thank you. -- Aleksandr Isakov
