Default What is ID?

I will be doing a fresh install of XP this weekend and need to get a new "key" to activate LnS. On the LnS web site for contact it requires my ID, but I don't know what they mean by ID. Is that my order identifier?

You should still have an e-mail that had been sent to you just after purchase of the product, it contains ‘Order ID’ # (example: 01142012-021451-153).

Sounds like that is my order identifier. I don't have the e-mail, but I do have the order identifier, license number, etc. I will send them an e-mail as suggested above, and I may also use their form as well.
