Default License Key, where in email I received?

I purchased a single license and downloaded the latest version of NOD32 from the email sent. I copied/pasted the user name and password, but apparently with setup for the AV there's a tab for license keys and it prompts for a file. What file exactly or do I even need that part?

thanks in advance,
ForzaItalia

The file is for enterprise nod32 - you do not have one unless you purchased an enterprise license.
