Thats an old IBM board, if using Win XP it should have native drivers for it or these should work.

a potentially related trick
when the hardware wizard refuses to eat the correct and delicious driver youve cooked up
but instead insists on chewing the empty calorie junk driver installed in the OS
simply duck into the basement (search for the driver its trying to install) and rename it. Once it cant find it,
the hungry bastard will eat anything you try to feed him. (thats reasonably correct)

had a NIC that I had to load the drivers for that way I think a hundred times
Real annoying too, becuase it would spitout the driver it was insisting on using.
