Exclamation HELP here Plz!!!

What should I do? I'm getting a "failure booting drive c:" when i was formatting my computer...

Win98 was the operating system I'm installing...

I tried to format my harddrive several times but still got the same message...

here is my format commands

D:

cd win98

format c:/q/s/u/c

c:

md win98

cd win98

copy d:\win98

setup

Note: The message occurs when I type the "setup" command.

I also tried non-quick formatting and also replaced my harddrive and RAM still the same...

Was it the motherboard....
