Official Kerio Forums
Well kerio has finally made some official forums, but they are quite new. I'm also not sure how much support the Kerio team is going to offer past trying to get more information about possible bugs.

Just paid a visit to the new forum and like it, as for your concern about the level of support the team will give I think we will all get what we ask for, I dont know many people who have complaints about Kerio.
