Installing TrueImage 10 trial
I'm trying to install TrueImage 10 trial but it dosn't work. I get a mesage saying OLDER VERSION CAN NOT BE REMOVED.
I had befor TrueImage 9 trial that I had unistall. What can I do about it? Thanks |

Try to unistall the old version if it is still listed on the Control Panel Remove Programs.
Next, delete the Acronis directory under Program files and under Program Files\Common Files. Then delete each entry in the windows registry that contains "Acronis" or "Trueimage". This last step is much easier to do if you have a nice registry program like JV16 Power Tools : http://www.jv16.org/ It used to be free. There's a post somewhere on this forum giving instructions for a manual install but the steps I've given should work if you can't that other post.
